HELP... Iinstalled and successfully patched the software but as i convert my file this appears to my screen...access violation at address 00404D7A in module PDF ConvertPro.exe Read of address 0000002C. NEED HELP TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE PLEASE...

@ 'genesis73 ' - I seem to have the same problem. This application is outdated (observe the registration is 1999 to 2008).
@ promosharma... the software is a trial version and in my quest to solve the problem I downloaded the same trial version direct from the website of this software, but the same thing happened...
